Running efficient meetings is no easy task. Unfortunately, it is not taught anywhere. Perhaps you are in a management position for the first time and are wondering how you can lead your team effectively or you simply want to establish a better meeting culture in your team?
But there's a better way of running meetings

How MeetingFever can help to improve your meetings
We were in the same situation as you. Our goal was to build small but highly efficient teams within our company. As we have always had a remote-first approach, we were very familiar with many digital communication tools. But our meetings were a weak point in the company for a long time – they were far too long, no follow-up steps were recorded and we felt we were spending too much time in meetings. We therefore experimented a lot and were ultimately able to significantly improve our meetings.
How is the course structured?
Why do meetings fail?
First, let’s take a look at how meetings are traditionally conducted in companies and what mistakes are made.
When should meetings take place?
In this section, we look at the situations in which meetings are actually necessary and when alternative communication methods should possibly be used.
Meeting Types
We present different types of meetings and explain them briefly. For example, dailies, weekly meetings, problem-solving meetings and other variants. For each meeting type, we show you a process and best practices from our experience.
